Ø       Capital Adequacy ratio (CRAR) increased to 15.09% from 14.43%

Ø       Operating profit grew by 47% - from Rs.36.82 crores

Ø       Net profit increased from Rs.17.50 crores to Rs.22.75 crores - upto 30%

Ø       Deposits increased to Rs.1823 crores - growth of 13%

Ø       Advances increased to Rs.940 crores - growth of 16%

Ø       The total business increased to Rs.2763

       crores - gorwth of 14%

Ø       Non-interest income increased from   

       Rs.25.49 crores to Rs.49.48 crores

Ø       Net NPA as on 31.3.2002 at 4.38%
